I need from 2 to 4 working days to make the silver pieces, after that I willl ship the items.

Please be aware that due to the longer process the gold plated option may require 10 days to be shipped. Send me a message to know exactly the date of shipment.

DELIVERY POLICIES

All orders will be shipped by Poste Italiane Priority, be kind to allow between 1 and 3 working days to receive your package in Italy, between 5 and 10 working days to receive it in Europe, between 10 and 15 working days to receive it in all the other countries.
This kind of service is cheap and fast but not completely tracked (just when the package is at destination). The postal service will not respond in case of lost. If you want to upgrade to a complete tracked mail service please select it when in the cart. I always recommend to use the upgrade service.

IMPORTANT

-Please understand that I can not control Postal services;

- I’m not responsible for the loss, damage and/or delay caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, buyers must deal directly with their local postal services using the Tracking Number provided after the shipping (just for tracked mail). Please be advise they will not respond for any lost Priority Mail.

- It is buyers responsibility for all taxes, custom fees, duties and additional postal fees associated with shipping for overseas after the item reaches their respective country.

- I will not be responsible for items not delivered because of an incorrect address provided by buyer. If delivery fails and your package returnes to me for this reason, I will send your package again to the correct address if you agree to pay for the shipping cost. If products returns to me in perfect conditions you will receive your payment back but the shipping fees and additional costs like Etsy and PayPal fees will not be refunded.
