The silver is available in three color options: silver, yellow, and rose. In the latter two cases, it is still 925 silver plated with gold. Due to the more complex production process, the gold-plated options (both yellow and rose) may require up to 10 days before shipping. Please send me a message if you would like to know the exact shipping date.

Entirely handmade, it requires approximately 2–4 days to be made, plus around 10 additional days if gold plating is requested
After the required production time, items will be shipped via courier within Italy, and by registered mail or courier abroad. Courier deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available at the provided address. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once the order has been shipped.

For orders over €100, shipping within Italy is FREE.

Delivery times, after shipment, range from 1 to 3 business days in Italy, but may experience delays during certain times of the year.

For international orders, delivery times and rates vary by country (please check at checkout).
I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 30 days of delivery.

For exchanges, shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Please message me to receive the shipping address and to know the timeframe for the product replacement.

For returns, once the product arrives to me intact in its original packaging, I will refund the payment using your preferred method (shipping costs excluded). I cannot accept returns for personalized orders.
