Quantity

Made entirely by hand, from casting to finishing, it takes approximately 2/4 days to create. To which about 10 must be added if gold plating is desired.
After the days necessary for creation, the pieces will be shipped via courier throughout the national territory, and with registered mail or courier abroad. Shipping by courier requires a signature on delivery so make sure there is always someone at the address provided. You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking code upon shipment.
For orders over €100 shipping to Italy is FREE.
Delivery times, once shipped, vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy, but may also be subject to severe delays in certain periods of the year.
For foreign countries, delivery times and rates vary from country to country (check them when checking out).
I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: contact me within 14 days of delivery, send items back within 30 days of delivery.
For EXCHANGES, shipments are entirely at the customer's expense. Write to me to get the shipping address and find out the time needed to replace the product.
For RETURNS, once the product arrives intact in its original packaging, I will refund the money via the payment method you prefer (excluding shipping costs). However, I cannot accept returns for customized orders .
